Who we are

This site is operated by Portfolium. For any question about your information, write to contact@portfolium.ai.

What we collect

When you request early access, we collect the information you enter in the form:

• your name, email address and country;
• the role you select and the related details (for example firm, company, affiliation or experience);
• anything you choose to write in the note field, and how you heard about us.

Our hosting provider also processes minimal technical data, such as server logs, to deliver the site securely.

Why we use it

We use this information only to assess your request, to contact you about it and, if you ask, to share materials such as the evidence pack under a confidentiality agreement. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Basis

We process form data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

Who receives it

Your information is handled by Portfolium and by two service providers acting on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox by email. These providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep access requests for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to contact@portfolium.ai.
